"A Merchandise Maker's Dream"

Pros:
I thoroughly enjoyed using InkSoft when helping customers design their merchandise. From Shirts, to mugs, I could manage the graphics and the products their were going on.
Cons:
Nothing in particular was a glaring issue for me.

The customer service is excellent, the product over priced and complicated.
Pros:
I liked the ability to load the catalogs from other suppliers and customize products and add them into the website
Cons:
Website builder limited, it's a lot of work to get this off the ground, it was really expensive. They told me I could run 30k through it easy and I never even made my money back.

Pros:
Front end features were great but an "upgrade" removed the most important features and made it best only for non-changing products.
Cons:
Cannot access your own data in a way that allows you to market to your customers. Huge price increases without clear notification. Features added and deleted even if it made user sites unusable by their customers. Lack of communication is a constant issue.

With Inksoft, we are now able to cater to a wider market of people's needs. They can use their own artwork, manage their own approvals and when the customer approves their art, it takes the liability off the company for mistakes in grammar or spelling.
Pros:
We have the deluxe version with the Design Studio and the Point-Of-Sale system. The training takes a bit, but they go at your pace. Our customers love the ease of use from the design and purchasing standpoint and we like the capabilities from the back end. The best part is the unlimited support. Their support (and even sales) team are ready to ask any question, no matter how stupid or how many times you have asked it.
Cons:
Hard to catch on at first, and some of the features are glitchy. Overall, I do think this product is great.
