The interface is due some modernization. To be fair to IDU-Concept there have been regular updates and enhancements to the interface. > > IDU-Concept adopts a very professional approach to implementation with a robust project plan and a dedicated project manager and implementation manager. This resulted in a very successful implementation that was achieved on time and under budget. Their post-implementation support has been fantastic, our business did not sign a support contract with them, so all our service requests have been ad-hoc , however I have never waited more than 60 mins for a response and every query was resolved adequately and immediately.
