Many times staff and families cannot log in to see information, which causes a safety issue when we rely on the information. Also, certain poor designs are greeted with a "maybe one day, or never" responses when we bring up concerns. Some concerns only require a simple or quick fix, but FACTS is unwilling to make any updated without months to years of deliberation. > > It has worked for the most part for our needs, but it has way too many issues and glitches to be worth the money for a new school. Unfortunately, since this is the only program we have, and it would be way too much work to transfer all information and relearn a new program, we are stuck with it.
