> **Pros**: Valuable differentiator by helping recruiters and hiring managers save time and separate top technical talent from good to average candidates.  eTeki is our technical expert for screening candidates across modern and cutting edge technologies.  This makes eTeki our business development partner so our team is able to outperform any other recruiting firm nationwide.

> **Cons**: No real negatives.  Maybe having the volume discount starting at 15 interviews versus 30.  However, eTeki interviews are priceless in the eyes of my clients (hiring managers).

> **Pros**: If I was a scammer this tool is perfect. I can rip off a lot of clients and keep Sr. App Developers I want to screw from having a real interview.

2. They send false reports to clients
3. The tool features don't work and the person conducting  interview doesn't care
