Reviews of Resolver
Resolver is another valuable tool in the belt
Comments: We are better able to harness our data and present it to our leadership teams to implement security measures, education and training.
Pros:
Customizability of the interface, reporting, data collection, and workflow management.
Cons:
Features take a little longer to implement than expected but they do eventually make their way into production.
Resolver - ASsoftware Company Like No Other
Comments: From the initial deployment, I have had the full attention of teh team, and I made many requests, each one was dealt with on a timely basis and with that support, I was able to design our program to be easy to use, and "idiot proof" - lolol
Pros:
Support is stellar! No matter what the issue may be, whether its a question, or a configuration request, the turn around time is spot-on.
Cons:
There's really nothing I don't like. This is truly an awesome company.
Simple yet powerful
Comments: Resolver is a simple yet impactful tool to help with your SOX / NI 52-109 requirements.
Pros:
The way we can multi-link controls across various processes under our NI 52-109 program.
Cons:
It is not very interactive with external stakeholders. Requests should still be done thru emails.
Core daily use
Comments: The program is not what we expected and it's not providing the information we need. It's slow, when we do our weekly meeting we run different queries to look at reports and we always have to sit and wait for it to g to the requested area.
Pros:
We are not happy with the software. We are not able to run the type of reports that we need. There is very limited or if any training. A one time email about a program is difficult to sit down and try to figure out. I am sure there are options that we are not using but it's too time consuming to try and figure this out. A 2-3 day training session would be a significant improvement.
Cons:
The reporting process about this software. If we query all open or closed calls that are assigned to a specific person you are not able to clear that and search someone else, even if you change things in the search. It continues to constantly bring up the same person. Incident and investigations are very difficult to search for past reports. The system is very slow and not user friendly.
Great GRC solution for our credit union
Comments: Great experience, they have been really helpful and the tech support team are always willing to help and respond quickly.
Pros:
Library-based solution with integrations between Risk and Audit. I enjoy that I can customize reports and processes to meet our organization's needs.
Cons:
User setup can be confusing when onboarding new employees into the software. There are so many custom items a user can have access to it can be difficult to identify the correct options.
Alternatives Considered: Ncontracts and Quantivate
Reasons for Choosing Resolver: We wanted more customization and integration between our functions.
Switched From: LogicManager
Reasons for Switching to Resolver: The customization and overall look of the solution. We enjoyed the modern look compared to other solutions.
