> **Cons**: I have really struggled as a Children's treatment Centre because the software is not designed for our usage. We have had to re-invent entire workflows to fit within this model, rather than having the software work for us in the most efficient way.

> My experience has been moderate.  The support staff has been wonderful, however they also don't know the workflows of a children's treatment centre and so there has been a LOT of rework and stress
