> While its good to see our scores going up as measured in the tool it has been more valuable to see the subjective changes around the office.  The feature to write in comments and feedback adds more in my opinion than the more general questions. I did not expect our employee engagement software to help us nail down our company mission, but that was part of it - which makes sense.  A mission driven organization is more engaged from the get go.

> My highest review for engagement multiplier is for the way that employees can give anonymous feedback on EACH part of the organization rather than just a generic comment box. The frequency is good too. I've been part of huge organizations that relied on an annual survey and it just doesn't work.
