> **Cons**: Their subscriptions tend to be almost exclusively annual plans, but they are sneaky in that they advertise them as monthly, showing the price breakdown by month and not being upfront that they actually bill for an annual plan right away.

> Unresponsive customer service when I immediately emailed them requesting a refund for my annual charge of almost 60 Euro. Their FAQs say they offer no refunds, which is astonishing for such a high price product. I’ll have to dispute the payment with my bank. Such a headache.
