Comments: Wonderful, helpful team with a ton of knowledge! Pleasure to work with them.

Pros:

The product is extremely easy to onboard our course users to! This was critical for us as a small team delivering our online courses as we don't have the extra hands available to make sure the people we work with have an excellent experience and can focus on their learning.

Cons:

We would have liked to be able to more fully automate this product with our existing Squarespace website, but as we are switching to Shopify, this has actually turned out not to be a deal-breaker for us.

TIQ Software in an Increasing Digital World

Comments: TIQ was great to work with on our unique training needs and have been always available to help troubleshoot problems. Their support desk is very responsive.

Pros:

We moved over to using TIQ during the pandemic as a solution to move our internal training courses online. We like that users have a lot of flexibility in what device they can do their training from and that training content can be easily updated.

Cons:

We'd like more customization in reports, the ability to remove users and the ability to set up push notifications to more administrators or a separate group of administrators in the organization.

TIQ was exceptional

Comments: TIQ made the process enjoyable and productive. They could translate our requests into their world and then produce something we didn’t really know how to articulate, yet was exactly what we wanted.

Pros:

The software was easy to use; easy to adapt to our needs; provided a positive experience both in the development and the end result.

Cons:

I found the updating of the content a bit cumbersome, mostly due to internal processes, not necessarily TIQ issue. We did find a workable solution for all involved.

Safety Training

Comments: The Team is great, from day one!

Pros:

That it engages the students and gives beneficial quantitative assessments for the completion rates.

Cons:

I like the software but would like to be able to afford accessibility or functions for the applicability in safety training of our students.

Easy Learning TOol

Pros:

It was easy to set up and use from an administrative perspective. As a user to access the site, it is easy and uncomplicated. The gamification makes the learning fun and easy.

Cons:

I think it took a bit of time and effort to set up the designs the way we needed it to look. Overall the design was good, but if there is a lot of customization it does take some time to make it the way you want it to.

Next Generation Knowledge Delivery and Assessment Tool

Pros:

The company has spent more than 15 years developing the core tools and software, it has a proven track record based on a learner-centric model. It is deployable in near real time, providing a mechanism to very quickly deploy training / online learning experiences at scale.

Cons:

Our biggest issue was developing an understanding of the software's capabilities internally.

Valuable solution for scaling onboarding

Pros:

Intuitive to use, great company support and allows companies to scale their sales

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind - I've been referring software to numerous startups in and outside of our portfolio for the past three years and have had no negative feedback to date.

To Consider.

Comments: Really great team to work with - highly reachable customer support (which is huge).

Pros:

Immersive through its gamification. I really enjoy how you can learn through play!

Cons:

Nothing. I feel like this is a great platform and I have little negative to say!

Excellent tool for onboarding and training

Comments: I have worked with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of this company on several projects. The entire team is easy to work with and has a relentless focus on the end user.

Pros:

The new templates allow you to add your own content, to create custom eLearning that is engaging and gamified at a minimal cost.

Cons:

There is nothing that I don't like about it.
