The templates offer many different scenarios so we easily found one that would fit our business. Best part in setting up....the support\! Every time I had a question that I couldn't find the direct answer for in the set up steps, I used the chat feature and was connected right away to someone who took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, laid out simple directions and explanations to achieve that and in some cases even sent a quick video snippet of how to do it. I worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] a few times and he built my confidence in building this platform. Now I am seeing the benefit with using TicketSpice in other areas of our business.

> **Cons**: The customer service. There was inadequate support when I didn't receive a payment. I chatted someone at 8am for support with a topic and at 2:21 that day, they still hadn't resolved the issue. They told me it should be resolved "later today or tomorrow" which is just unacceptable.

> Overall, I do not recommend this program if you are a DIY event planner. I rely on being paid efficiently, reliably and promptly. If you rely on ticket money to support your event expenses, this platform is not a great fit.
