> **Pros**: This app and website are easy to use and cover everything\!  From tracking rent to managing repairs, communicating with tenants and vendors and all accounting needs, it's all available here.
We have 29 units and manage another 4.  The app allows me to keep track of repair needs and rent payments 24/7.  I'm not a super techie person but even I can easily use this site.  Tech support is very responsive and helpful.

> **Cons**: No cons.  I've used Housters for several years.  When I wished they would add a feature, I would contact them and they would add it\!  Developers are landlords themselves so they get it.

With an app and a website that syncs and stays up to date across platforms, I can keep track of our rental property and all the moving parts of managing it in one place.  Being a newbie to land lording, Housters has been intuitive and thorough, and is at a price that is affordable\!

> **Cons**: I don't love that in order to accept online payments I have to subscribe to another service.  I do appreciate that it is optional to do so.

> I've only been using the software for a week or so, but I love the functionality of adding things as they come up, and learning as I go.   I look forward to discovering more functionality along the way\!
