It is quite an affordable program, and it has the ability to schedule appointments easily. There are also issues with sharing records to other vets or owners. We signed up in March 2023 and ended the agreement in June of 2023 before using any of it. They told us the monthly fee would go up in July of 2023 and then each year annually Recently we found out the Card connect that is intgrated with Neo and recommended by Idexx had been charging us between 40-69 dollars every month since March of 2023. despite the fact that we were told everything had been cancelled. They charged us upwards of 1400 dollars and refunded only 207 to this day and refuse to credit us any more. . I;ve spent hours on the phone with the credit card processing company and despite Idexx telling us we have to contact the card card merchant to get a refund they sent us back to Idexx. It's very easy to learn and with regular updates the system continues to get better and better. Also, you can't say enough about support. I have been in IT for years. There are some things I think should be moved to company settings. I don't like that it doesn't handle tax exempt clients, i.e. Rescues and Non-Profits. We are very happy with our move from Avimark (big, costly, server-based) to web-based Neo. Once they delivered boarding, we didn't have to have any other applications to manage our hospital. I do wish that other third party application providers were integrating more things with Neo.
