> **Cons**: They will abandone you.I have been installing Point of Sales Systems since 1995.Recently I had a customer who need to be upgraded to a current version of the software. The customer paid for their yearly subscription back on November of 2022. I should be valid till November of 2023. In July InfoTouch sent a expiration with a end of life for the version that my client was on. The software would shutdown and be unusable. They would not honor their subscription to November. Now the customer has been without a system for several month. I have tried to call many times. When I did get someone, I was told I would be called right back. No call back. They initially said that they would not update the customer. After some conversation and paperwork, they said that they would..... Nothing. They pretty much abandoned the customer and me as a dealer. They will not call back.This software is dated. It is very clunky. Don't buy. The software has changed hands and they have not done much to the functionality of the software for over a decade.
