Sometimes also, the interaction crashes, and instead of just closing the software, the integration was completely removed from the project, even in the source files.

> Overall it is a intuitive and user friendly software to develop an e-learning platform. But when you don't know how to do something, you can't guess it. Fortunately, people at ISpring are easy to contact and fast to get back to you. Which is a relief because developing courses is already a huge workload. ISpring makes it not overly complicated to make them available to learners.

> **Pros**: We love the ease of creating and publishing content for our Organization\! The admin side of managing our LMS is also very user-friendly. When we have run into technical issues or questions, the Customer Service response time and assistance have been amazing\!

> **Cons**: We have encountered some issues with My Team reporting functions on the user side. Primarily, it saves the last filters used when a supervisor logged in, which can cause confusion the next time they log in, if they don't reset the filters. It is an added training step on our end for our users, because it's not intuitive that it saves the last filters... they just think the info is missing.

> We are still learning all the functionality available to us, but we've gotten great feedback from our users about how much they enjoy it\!
