All of my notifications were turned on so I should have received some sort of notification, but I received nothing. Not via email nor on the app. I only noticed the requests when I happened to log into the website on my laptop and noticed a notification icon in the top corner. By that point, two months had already passed since those requests had been submitted. This is devastating as a new business owner to learn that I missed out on several new clients due to the failure of a software that I was paying $25/month for. Use at your own risk. > > Awful.
