The ideal alternative for your virtual meetings
Pros:
Zoom Meeting is a videoconferencing tool that stands out for its ease of use and intuitiveness. Its video and audio quality is very high, making meetings much more effective. Additionally, it offers a screen sharing feature that is particularly useful for presentations and online teaching. The integration with other tools is extensive, allowing for optimal collaboration and productivity. The option to record meetings is very practical for reviewing important details later. Finally, its compatibility with multiple devices makes it very accessible and convenient for joining meetings anytime and anywhere.
Cons:
Although Zoom Meeting has many advantages, it also has some disadvantages to take into account. For example, it is important to have a stable and sufficient bandwidth connection to use the platform effectively, which can be difficult for those with a slow connection. In addition, prolonged use of videoconferences can cause fatigue and reduce the productivity of the participants. Although there is a free version of Zoom, a payment subscription will be needed to access advanced features and a greater number of participants, which can be a challenge for smaller organizations. Finally, the free version has certain limitations regarding the duration of the meetings and the number of allowed participants. Despite these inconveniences, good planning and management management can minimize these problems.

Zoom horrible support
Comments: Poor
Pros:
When it works, it seems to work well. However, when you really need it, it fails.
Cons:
Called and bought their plan. Loaded on Office 365 on a MAC. After months of using it, the Zoom app in Outlook and calendar just disappeared. Tried to call Zoom support and found out the only support was to submit and email and wait 24 to 48 hours. WORTHLESS when you have a meeting scheduled in 2 hours. To get live support you must PAY an ADDITIONAL $200 per month or $2400 a year, for them to fix their software that you already paid for. HORRIBLE company. I waited on hold with sales for an hour to find out the above info.
