The LinkedIn integration doesn't work properly. No AI in the entire system, no note-taking. There are too many steps and clicks to get simple things done. It's not easy to find information, and the search is the worst I've ever seen. It's still one of the most expensive platforms on the market, but it's not worth the price. > > It was great when we first bought it 5 years ago, but it has not kept up with the times. Their support is great, but so is the support at Loxo (and many other applications that are cheaper with better features).
