I think that being able to mark your favorite substitutes is an amazing feature, as well as being able to avoid other candidates. > > **Cons**: My dislike for this really sits in how specific it is for teachers only, and mostly in academic classroom settings. There doesn't seem to be a feature that makes it very applicable to someone running an on or off campus program like ROP or other such courses that deviate from the standard classroom setting and staff type. My COE has forced it across all on campus site members as a way of reporting our absences and shuffling staff across campuses for coverage if needed.
