Every option to being transfer on the recorder prompts back to an initial menu unless you pick specific options. As I am writing this today, I already called thrice for an issue we've been having since October and this is for a renewal already approved, with a set quotation and pricing already agreed upon. We ran out of envelopes because of this and can't work properly. I have been waiting on a chat response for over an hour as well. We receive emails regarding the tickets and we respond, but don't get a follow up back even though we give our approval on the solution to our issue. The experience was definitively better when it was under eSign Genie.
