In the role of technical support I can discretely monitor remote systems and respond rapidly when problems arise. Automated scripts support distributing custom software components to any of our 10 robotic data collection systems. I can keep all systems consistent while supporting many different study protocols and ever evolving experimental specifications. As a data manager I am able to inspect and retrieve data sets without leaving my desk.
