> **Pros**: The software is adaptable to our business needs. The support team are experienced in HE and aware of the challenges we face, which is reflected in the flexibility and functionality of the product.

> **Cons**: This product was deployed as a first-time enquiry management system at the University of Sunderland Service Desk. This meant a slightly longer lead-in to the live date, but the product was quickly established for both staff and student usage.

> **Cons**: Regularly has problems that I need to contact them about fixing.

> I regularly have to email them asking to fix the basic functions that the app does. Notifications were the primary reason we needed an app and it is quite a pain getting new users access to create them. &#10;regularly users email me asking why they are having problems. I then have to email E2S to fix the issue. Usually taking a week or so to fix with each instance.
