I could rearrange the models. It's able to bring all the various ERP metrics into one location therefore I do not have to review 12 different screen locations. Flexibility is okay I suppose. > > **Cons**: Reports are difficult to create since Phocas does not include normal drag \& drop functions that are common in almost all programs. If too many images or categories are included the entire report will freeze and you'll lose your filters if you reload the page. It took me way to long to figure out. I really need to clean my glasses. > > Spreadsheets were located everywhere before we implemented Phocas. I thought for sure Phocas would break the system by bringing the financial reporting for different countries together. The P\&L structures are automatically set up with phocas, therefore, I have less manual work.
