> **Pros**: If you know how to use Clinibase, it can be easy to find what you are looking for.  It can retrieve the data you are looking for but only if you provide the proper parameters.  I can't really comment on the value for money since my organization pays for the software, and can't comment on support since I go to our IT for help instead of Logibec

> **Cons**: As only a infrequent user, I find the interface confusing and naming of reports etc not intuitive.  It can be slow if you are requesting a lot of data.  Additionally, once you have the reports, it's difficult to get into excel or some other format that is more usable.
