> **Pros**: For the most part, freedom of use and the ability to expand our user base. As the project proceeds, we may all see, change, or assign tasks to each other. A report of completed work and progress can be available to the final client as an added benefit. Task lists may be moved between projects and items with ease. Types of problems that may be monitored in various ways can be easily categorized.

> **Cons**: Customizing tasks and problem fields have drawbacks, but they aren't dealbreakers. Exporting from Excel is restricted in that you cannot import sub-projects or exact timings for deadlines, which is quite inconvenient. Some people, particularly those who aren't very tech-savvy, may find it tough to pick things up. One of the most frustrating aspects is that you cannot multi-select even when creating text boxes.

In my opinion it offers a better solution with unique features at a lower cost compared to competition including those products from large software companies.

> **Pros**: Workflow concept and flow of documents are good for project document management. The web version ATOM is good to use. Inbox facility is best to maintain the huge documents and to track it. The support team is proactive in assisting.

> **Cons**: The software can be more interactive and more customizable.  The ATOM version should be more interactive. There is no provision for Help like in Microsoft Excel or any other software provides. 
It should have option for opening a document link sent via email.  Like it is found in Clearcase software.

> On using this WRENCH software,  we get best Document Management System.  Lot of features that suits for Manufacturing Companies. Through this, we could get better reports to analyze the status of the project.
