> **Pros**: SchoolBanks.Com is easy to use and helpful to keep track of the student financial balances with the school we use it to secure payments prior to graduation.

> **Cons**: The program is not linked to Online School Payments (OSP) which is the actual program used by the school district for the students to pay their class fees; therefore, payments have to be posted manually by the treasurer.
> 
> Thanks to SchoolBanks.Com the school recover by the end of each school year about 90% of the students' debt prior to graduation, it is a great tool to maintain the students' financial records and manage their debt with the school, including class or test fees, tablets, textbooks, calculators, etc.

> **Cons**: I feel like the login could definitely be better. For some reason I have to login with the admins telephone number to authenticate me as a user it would be easier to just login with a username and password.

> Overall I feel this software has simplified many tasks that took up a logbook if time. I would not like to go back to the things we’re done before acquiring schoolbanks.
