Very good loyalty software but could use a few upgrades
Comments: Overall I've been happy with Loyalty Lion. For the price compared to other solutions out there, it can't be beat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a loyalty program for their store.
Pros:
It's quite easy to use and integrate with BigCommerce. They also have a lot of great features such as points for following on social media, writing reviews, referring friends, etc in addition to points for purchase. They also have a great email platform that sends our emails to customers when they sign up, when they have enough points to redeem a voucher, as well as a monthly reminder to use their points.
Cons:
I would like to see an updated user interface. It's showing it's age. I would also like the ability for customers to automatically use their points during checkout (I believe this is available for Shopify but not BigCommerce, which we use).
Easy to use and efficient loyalty management system
Comments: Overall, the experience was great. The system was easy to use and user friendly.
Pros:
Loyalty Lion was great in managing our loyalty system and was very easy to use
Cons:
Keeping track of previously used rewards became slightly difficult and convoluted as the amount of rewards redeemed increased
The scam of optimization
Comments: horrible they helped me to convert money from USD to Bitcoin but ended owing them 1800 dollars by the 5 day
Pros:
not much it started out ok but by day 4 they wanted 1800 dollars from me to continue to optimize
Cons:
We used their money on the 1st day for a small profit, after that I would get 0 to 40 to optimize, you are required to optimize 2 sets each day. by the 4th day, they asked me to invest $1000, then by day 3 I had to pay 700 dollars to complete the 2nd set of optimization. then on the 4th day, they wanted me to give them $1800 to optimize my 2nd set. that's when I knew they had scammed me

Comments: Our overall experience with LoyaltyLion was/is amazing! I would definitley recommend it to everyone!
Pros:
I absolutely loved how it was able to be integrated with our existing software.
Cons:
The only con we seen, was a one time issue and it was resolved super fast!
Easy to setup and requires very little attention once the loyalty programs are running
Comments: Loyalty Lion are a great company to work with. They like to keep things simple, as do we, and the approach is working nicely.
Pros:
Once setup, this requires very little attention. The integrations are great and admin dashboard is easy to navigate and use. The customer service team are always fast to respond if you ever need them.
Cons:
The emails that are sent out from Loyalty Lion out of the box can be basic in appearance, but with the ability to hook up with Mailchimp and Bronto etc. for sending this hasn't held us back.
