We reached out to support a couple of times to get started but then after that - we were good to go. I also appreciate some of the new features MediaShout just added to make it easier for me to find new backgrounds. > > **Cons**: Only available on Windows — we had to make sure our presentation computer was a PC, but that wasn't a big deal for us. > > We made the move from ProPresenter to MediaShout a couple of years ago, and it's been a great fit for our church. Since most of our presentation team is made up of volunteers, we needed software that was easy to learn and use, and MediaShout has been exactly that. Features like SongSelect integration save us a lot of preparation time, and having dozens of Bible translations included makes adding scripture quick and simple. We also appreciated being able to purchase the software outright instead of paying an ongoing subscription.
