> **Pros**: Pabau is a great platform for the clinic I work at. It meets all our needs and more. Not only does it effectively support the services I have already, but is able to integrate other marketing and financial services to elevate the business - all in one place. The ease of use is especially helpful given that our clinic relies on using this platform everyday. Additionally, the success team is especially helpful for answering all questions. They are very efficient in our meetings in answering all our questions and helping to make suggestions that ensure the best use of the system.

> **Cons**: Sometimes due to the time difference across different countries, it makes it difficult to schedule times however the support teams do their best to make sure meetings are scheduled at times most convenient for us (the users). The onboarding process was not done effectively
