Generally easy to navigate and understand what you are looking at. Also, uploading journal entries and memorized transactions has been helpful versus our previous system. > > **Cons**: We have an integration with Toast POS, the biggest frustration right now is that the job codes from Toast will only flow over into the employee's profile in R365 for scheduling once they have clocked in using that job code. That makes no sense because obviously an employee is scheduled for a job code before they use it. It's backwards. Also, I wish the notes features would allow for notes left to be tied to an email address so a notification is sent by email. Without this capability, we have kept our old notes system instead. > > Not great, but not bad. My main focus is payroll so I use it for payroll journal entries mostly, but also reviewing schedules, running balance sheets and reports.
