> **Pros**: We've been ePrism customers for over 5 years.  Not only has their Email Security service been reliable and effective, their customer support is outstanding.  I rarely have to wait on hold, and their support staff is incredibly knowledgeable \& helpful.  I also like their report engine which allows quick access to our message logs.

> **Cons**: It's difficult to find anything bad to say about this product.  No Email Security solution will be 100% effective, and ePrism is no exception.  Some "junk" does get through, and some legitimate email gets quarantined from time-to-time.  But they have plenty of features in their admin console to fine-tune how aggressive or permissive you want  your policies to be.

> I would stack up ePrism Email Security against many of its more costly competitors.  It is a robust and full-featured product at a fraction of the price.

> **Pros**: I receive 1000’s of emails from people sending in resumes and this tool automatically flags which emails are suspicious and dangerous. It’s great that I can view the sender, subject line, and email while staying protected

> **Cons**: It has blocked some emails that aren’t dangerous but the tool is very user friendly and I easily release the emails as safe. Great product

> **Pros**: Accurate with the ability to fine tune.  Can add secure email and email continuity(spooling of your mail in case your server goes down).  Real good  on shore customer support without any hold times.

> **Cons**: Outgoing spam control sometimes will false positive on outgoing email and block it.

> The versatility of this product is great.  We use this for  a number of our customers and have for about 2 years now for their only spam and content solution.
