> I have been using this software for 2 years and absolutely love it\!  The people behind the software are computer geeks that know their stuff.  Never had any down time with it, support and training have been great.  Every year they deliver an upgrade that is packed with more features that make sense for business.  If you are looking for a software product that is clean, easy to use, comprehensive (it does everything) then look no further.

> **Cons**: Their Customer service. We purchased this software last year and to this date, they haven't been able to install all the features we paid for as promised.
They mislead us by saying that everything we needed was possible with this software. It has been almost one year and so far, we haven't finished the training and some of the features we specifically requested are not part of this program. It has been a total disappointment dealing with this people. I really Hope no one else has to go thru this.
