> I was hesitant to learn tech related things and knew that this would be my Achilles heel. I admired those that could talk the tech talk but i was paralyzed by my fear of new automation technology and how fast its moving. The cure for me was the Online training videos that are simple to follow and completely break it down for me to implement like a pro straight away. I know how to use it and can thank the customer service lady on their helpdesk for holding my hand through the first sheepish attempts to learn.
