No crm option. If I were in the middle of creating xyz I'd be able to give better details. When we first started with Flipcause, donations happened quickly. Over the last year and a half, every transfer request feels like a wrestling match. I will initiate the request, and then I will have to follow up on day 11 (after their self-imposed 5-10 business day turnaround) with an email, then a live-chat conversation, and then at least 2-3 more emails. And it seems to be getting worse, not better. Our board is suspicious, and I am now forced to contemplate finding a different company - and the painful process involved with moving all of our data and learning a new system. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SYSTEM. If the money part doesn't work, nothing else matters. > > See the "cons".
