Ludus is so easy to use and has a ton of personalization features to make it fit your needs. Aside from the ticketing platform, I also use the fundraising platform and their newly launched retail platform. Everything is so easy to use, and makes my job so much easier. The fees are passed onto the patrons, so using the platform doesn't cost me anything. For any of our patrons who are anti-fees, they are able to pay in cash to avoid them. We are continuing to grow our program, and I am excited to hopefully begin using the marketing features more this year. > > **Cons**: While I don't really consider it a con, Ludus is still growing and expanding. When some of the newer features are launched, there is a learning period for both me and the Ludus staff. I have been able to create dinner theatre seats as well as full auditorium seat for our major musical.
