I also like that it automatically changes the number every time you make an outgoing call to prospects with ConnectionBoost. > > **Cons**: A lot of times on the first call the prospects call screener tool from their phone usually flags Kixie's number as spam. I noticed this a lot from the first call. The other slight issue is that the company I worked at used their own in-house CRM tool which did not integrate properly with Kixie so every outgoing call had to be individually dialled manually which is very tedious especially when when we're expected to make over 200 calls a day. > > Overall Kixie is a simple calling tool to help with making any kind of outbound cold-calls. The one click dialing also helps my efficiency and has led to a big increase in outbound sales activity. > > **Cons**: Some prospects seem see something about my call that looks like a sales call, and they still don't answer it. Perhaps the occasional 'spam likely' label on some calls, or perhaps something about the call appears a certain way that makes them avoid it. Overall, as stated above, the connection boost/local presence dialing has led to a huge increase in the number of opportunities to pitch. One nice feature is that the next call that I make, if connection boost is on, will be from a new number and I can also change my caller ID at will, if desired (not to a fictitious person or to someone I am not, obviously, but perhaps to my initials, or blank, etc. ) . > > It has led to an increase in new customers and an increase in sales immediately.
