> **Pros**: it has the option to correct the approved expenses claims and corporate credit cards calculation and update the supporting if the submitter submitted it wrong.
I liked to have the corporate credit cards transactions uploading, approval workflow and delegation. audit train or combined reporting with receipts,  localized features and tax-rules built in etc.

> **Cons**: while uploading CSV file of credit card transactions is supported , it would be great if we could have integrated within the bank. which would be real time sync. Also, AVDA tax transactions are not syncing with the accounting system which is also a great lacking which creates double work for accountants.

> even though it is not integrated with accounting system, I would prefer to use this considering the approval workflow and delegation. we don't have to chase people for supporting documents for the transactions they occurred through their credit cards to reconcile at the month end time which saved time and keeps the documents in one place for auditors.

> **Pros**: La plateforme est facile d'utilisation et est intuitive. À ma première utilisation, j'ai tout de suite compris comment entrer les informations demandées et les documents à joindre. Mais.... (voir ce que j'ai moins aimé)

> **Cons**: Le façon de soumettre est extrêmement difficile à saisir. Je suis habile avec l'informatique et je n'avais pas compris qu'il fallait cliquer sur l'enveloppe rouge (tout dans la nature, l'informatique et la société indique que le rouge est la couleur à ne pas toucher, c'est donc un non-sens de choisir cette couleur pour le bouton à utiliser pour confirmer le rapport).
Évidement, il suffisait de le faire une fois, dorénavant je saurai comment faire.

> Nous utilisons actuellement seulement la base, nous sommes à préparer pour intégrer les fichiers CSV de la banque. Mais actuellement, nous sommes satisfaits
