I have been able to track issues before they could happen and it had been really useful during incidents > > **Cons**: The recent AI recommendations are sometimes not very useful. When a query is slow obviously the first recommendation would be to add indexes. For some reason the AI recommendation system does not check the indexes before recommending. To an engineer who doesn't have admin privileges to the Database, these recommendations might sound confusing and they would create tickets which gets marked as Won't Do > > Overall from a DBRE perspective it has hit all the major observability checkpoints that were needed to monitor our databases.
