Comments: We are a small mom and pop trucking company, and they treat us just as we are a big nationwide company. We never feel like the little guy with them.

Pros:

What I like most about GPS Trackit is that it isn't M*****! I had major issues with communication and billing with my previous. Took me months to get anything solved. I have not had one issue with GPS Trackit. I call in with an issue, I email with an issue or any questions, for adding units for anything and they handle it immediately and they are not pushy or intrusive.

Cons:

At this point, I haven't had anything that I haven't liked. They are what they said they were.

Excelent service, good price

Comments: Excelent quality of service, even though the price is pretty good. Also, is so cool that we know where our unity is anytime

An important feature to us is the awareness of the map, talking about toll booths with efficient time for our company

Cons:

Nothing about the app is bad for us, is a helpful app

Descent Prodcut - POOR Customer Service

Pros:

Does what it is expected to do for a GPS tracking software.

Cons:

We do not recommend using GPS Trackit or any of their sister companies. We have used them for years and DID NOT sign a contract. We decided to move to another company because we would be able to get more value for our dollar. Well, breaking up has been very painful. They want to charge for 60 days, okay fine. But, then they cut our account off the day after we cancelled. How do you expect someone to pay for 60 additional days of service, but not allow them to use the product during those 60 days?

Comments: They are not good to work with if your business is no longer running, we went out of business and are still obligated to pay for a couple more years, we asked for them to cancel service but they said they can’t even tho we are no longer in business, we are getting charged 55 a month just for them to keep service on, we do not owe for monitor camera or anything, highly do not recommend them at all

GPS Trackit is a valuable time management tool

Comments: GPS Trackit has been a useful management tool since the day I started using it.

Pros:

GPS Trackit allows me to know where my fleet drivers are located at all times. I can efficiently manage the workflow by sending them to the next nearest job site. I also use GPS Trackit to bill by time spent on the job. This frees us the employee to just get the work done and not worry about noting details. GPS Trackit is also a good deterrant to those tempted to waste time or run personal errands on the clock.

Cons:

There really is nothing I don't like about GPS Trackit.

Useful product with a lot of features

Comments: GPS tracking has completely changed the nature of our operations and we couldn't have grown as much as we have over the past 4 years without this product. Good customer service as well when we do have an issue.

Pros:

We use this product heavily for tracking our delivery fleet on a daily basis, as well as temperature tracking as we are a food distributor and must ensure we are maintaining cold chain requirements. GPS Trackit is fairly simple to use and learn, has a lot of features, and is reasonable cost.

Cons:

Reporting can be a bit confusing and difficult to learn. The UI is a bit clunky and could be improved, although I believe there is a newer version that we have not explored fully as of yet. We've had problems getting some of our temperature sensors to work reliably.

NOTHING, I THINK THE PROGRAM WORKS AS IT SHOULD.

Comments: I always use this app for daily needs, sometimes if don't know where i go, ill use this app.

Pros:

I like the most from this software it is easy to use, follow the directions.

If you have poor signal it is hard to find the direction or location

Great Company To Work With

Pros:

The customer service is awesome and so helpful. When I was looking to set up a GPS and cameras in our company trucks they were the most helpful company to deal with, also not pushy.

Cons:

There isn't anything we can company about.

Meets out needs

Pros:

It meets our needs for a fairly reasonable cost.

Cons:

Not always working in real time. We need to know where our trucks are and sometimes there is a lab.

Comments: Definitely like using the tracker. Use it to verify time on jobs as well.

Works great for dispatching. Have it pulled up each day and when I get a service call I can see where the closest person is.

Comments: I've had a pleasant experience. Customer service is great! They are patient and very knowledgeable.

Pros:

GPS's feature to hoover over a point to see street view is helpful when we are trying to pinpoint what job they are at.

Cons:

Removing trucks no longer owned from the list is not easy. You have to call for them to do it. it would be more functional if there was an edit feature where you could remove vehicles.

Pros:

The feature we like the most is the vehicle trail feature. This helps us know where our drivers are or where they were throughout the day.

Cons:

It would be nice if there was a better routing software for schools.

Sometimes the App on the computer doesn't update the location unless I refresh the page, then I have to set everything up again on it as I want it.
