> **Pros**: The automatic distribution is everything it gives you and your team the opportunity not to loss any customer and the fact that it has a predictive dialer is really amazing you and your team can reach out to as many customer as possible. Then the call recorder is dupe you can go back and listen to the conversation your team had with you customers and you can even listen in while the call is going on.

> **Cons**: No stickiness.&#10;The automatic distribution need to be worked on because most times when customers try reaching back it will go to bucket  and sometime you wouldn't see anything.
