> When we were 1st introduced to the bookitbee system I was over all impressed by the ease of use and the functionality of the system. My initial reaction was "GET IT", "GET IT NOW" and I am pleased to say the boss listened and we started using the system. We now have a wondefully easy system for our members to book seminars and events, which previously was done by using our systems and taking cheques, which meant we had to make sure people had paid, booked etc. which was a long drawn out process. Now all that has been taken out of our hands and sits very well in Kenton \& bookitbee's capable hands. 
Another thing I have found is their knowledge and customer/tech support team are great to get along with and will help you out very rapidly and keep you informed along the way. 

The new features that seem to be rolling out quite quickly are making bookitbee such a better and more go to booking event management system I would happily advise anyone to use it.

Cons. in all honesty the cons of using this system are few and far between, the only problem I have found is trying to link all or scanners up to the laptop to actually work. Which isn't a fault with bookitbee more with the scanners not paring correctly.

> I've been using Bookitbee for a while now organising Cricket Coaching Courses and other one off events at the club.

Organising these events alongside a full-time job is so much easier now as it saves me chasing parents and players for money and having to keep track of who has / hasn't paid. Discount code have been really useful for encouraging parents to book kids onto future courses and the option to set up emails for people who are yet to book is handy.

Compared to others the fees are really good and completely worth it considering how much time and hassle it has saved me - Thank you

> Bookitbee is set up to provide online ticket sales, but we use it to sell places on our training courses and that works fine. It's quite a flexible and allows you to customise practically everything (background, colour highlights etc). The UX is really clear, with lots of feedback ('changes saved', 'have you checked the pricing?' etc).

As you only pay a % of items sold, this is a great way to set up e-commerce on your site - even if just to trial it, if you sell nothing it will cost you nothing. 

There's html widgets you can embed on your site or you can use URL links through to booking pages, all of which can include your Google Analytics tracking code. 

All feedback ideas we have submitted have been either implemented, or a very good response provided. Can't recommend these guys enough :)
