Workflows were easy and helpful. > > **Cons**: There seems to be a lot of lack in the system actually being GMP compliant. The training module is severely lacking for documentation of OJTs/other qualifications and we had to create a complicated workaround to make it work. Collaboration was difficult because, until the collaborator feature was added, only the author and QA could see initiated/draft documents, which made for many accidental duplicates. No maintenance module. > > Overall, Qualio is a decent QMS. I liked it a lot at first, but the more functionality I wanted, the more I found it lacking.
