Admin and teachers can easily manage their case loads and access important information. Customer support is easy and convenient on the homepage at all times, and someone is always incredibly prompt in returning messages. Those of us in the office love the ability to securely manage the kids information easily in the system and navigate details we have not had the ability to in previous SIS program. > > **Cons**: It was a bit of an adjustment not having a way to "call" parents with alerts, but our families have been able to get used to text and emails only. However, if phone calls became available in the future we would love it. > > Overall, switching over to ALMA SIS was the best thing that we did at our school. We moved previously from PowerSchool to TeacherEase and then to ALMA, which has far exceeded our expectations in an SIS system. It is incredibly easy to use, manage, and keep up with. I also like the ability to report incidents when needed under the appropriate student's profile.
