> **Pros**: We hit the start' in June 2008, and it has been on 24/7 since then not one breakdown for 8 years and counting.

We have control of all features that are in place for running an active Airline mixed of fix wing and Rotor wing.

> We use Gannet now since years. To organize maintenance without losing the overview it is the best product with all required points. I give for Customer Service not the full five stars, because Lundin growing a little too fast, they get more and more customers worldwide. The lack of personnel will certainly set soon.

> **Cons**: Lack of detailed training documentation.  Its a very comprehensive system and very capable, learning how to manipulate all the modules takes time.

> Gannet has the potential to be the best. Customer Support is very personal and I have spoken with them many times at all times of the day and night. Never an issue too big nor too small... Continual development from suggestions we have have given, total adaptability for our needs.
