At the end of the day, ATSs offer the same function and what separates one from another is the tech support: the response, the attention, and the resolution > > **Cons**: Crelate can be wonky at times but what ATS cant\! > > From purchasing the system to tailoring it to our needs, Crelate was with me every step. We resolved the emailing problem with a workaround and Kyle Kroger was very involved till the end. Once we were using Crelate daily, whenever there were issues, Crelate's response was under an hour. The chat robot keeps sending references that do not help to solve the problem, During the training courses the instructor normally talks around your questions or give a political answer. > > Stressing and frustrating, I have to learn the system myself and solved all the issues on my own.
