- **Pricing Details**: GroomTower has three flat-rate plans billed per month or per year. Every plan starts with a free trial and needs no credit card: 14 days on Starter and Professional, 30 days on Enterprise.

Starter, $29/month or $290/year: up to 3 staff, 2 user logins and 1 location. Includes the groomer calendar, 24/7 online booking, client and pet records, email reminders, checkout, and cancellation and no-show policies. SMS is available as an add-on (SMS Notification Pack, $14.99/month).

Professional, $79/month or $790/year: up to 10 staff and 5 user logins. Adds SMS reminders and two-way texting with no per-message fees, gift cards, loyalty, client referrals, staff commissions, time tracking and advanced reports.

Enterprise, $199/month or $1,990/year: unlimited staff, users and locations, custom branding, priority support and API access.

Annual billing gives you two months free. Additional locations are $19.99/month on Starter and Professional. There are no setup fees, and data migration is free.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of creating your account for a full refund.

Prices are in USD. Plans are also available in CAD, EUR, GBP and AUD. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
