> Protomed has been a great program to use. No more dealing with trying to call into Emdeon and Novitas to send claims, they get sent via the Internet. They created a custom interface to download WebPT claim files that saves us hours of work a day. Support is always available and has answers in hours instead of days at most other software vendors these days. They have been a real pleasure to work with.

> Cyfluent has been much more then I excepted. The ease of use along with the continued support has been wonderful. 

The EHS flows much like "good old fashioned" physician notes and can be customized to your practice needs.

A flaw would be that if there is a problem within the system I feel that everyone using the system should be notified. This would be easy for them to do in a release note format. The time to fix a problem within the system has improved.  If you are looking at an EHR  you must remember that the EHS is not STACTIC it CHANGES .

> A year ago we switched over to this software and have loved it since the day that we started using it. The transition was easy, the help from support is awesome and actually with a person and not just some automated machine that will "call you back". The update for the ICD-10 is phenomenal\!\! It is going to be a GREAT help when the change takes effect\!\! The way that they have made it to be able to convert the codes for you is great and helps so that you don't have to just immediately pull out the big book to start looking up codes\! They also are constantly updating things to make everything easier for the user\! Love the new update ICD-10 switch over will be much easier with these changes\!\!  They are ahead of the game and that will make things much smoother\!
