It is very convoluted, not easy to use, very slow, creates too many problems, valiant is the best software to use. Tracktik MUST GO > > **Cons**: Very convoluted, to create a schedule you to go thru many steps, to find the info about an employee you have to go thru many steps, it is very time consuming, it is not a smart software, when you work with tracktik you think- the technology is to make your life easier not miserable like tracktik does. Bring valiant back and eliminate tracktic. Its not working . Also tracktik does not communicate with paycor- payroll software. With these two systems you have to do the payroll manually, where is the technology?? And dont mention the reports. Tracktik HAS NO REPORTS LIKE VALIANT HAS. There is no payroll by employee, there is no payroll by location, with tracktik you are totally lost, there is no way for you to analize the business.
