> **Pros**: Office staff obtained quick proficiency on this EMR, and we were able to toggle from screen to screen easily and effortlessly back and forth. Even physicians could easily set up appointments with ease. Patient information is displayed in a logical and easy to read manner, and gives historical information in logical format.

> **Cons**: Nothing yet - still early in the launch process, but nothing negative to say as of yet. All users are reporting good functionality and proficiency with the product.

> **Cons**: The EHR/EMR has multiple reports, but the filters aren't always what you need.  Activities in the treatment plan can't be changed once the have been approved.  You have to unapproved, do the change, then re-approve.
