> **Pros**: I like the simplicity of Stamp Me. It offers useful features without feeling overwhelming. complicated, and the console is easy to navigate and understand. The app itself is also very user-friendly, so out customer rarely ask for help using it.

> **Cons**: Only up to 5 stamps can be applied at once. Especially on double stamp days, our customers may earn more than 5 stamps in a single visit.

Our customers clearly enjoy collecting stamps, and the rewards program encourages them to purchase additional items to earn more stamps, As a result, we've been able to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. > **Cons**: Reward expiry isn’t clearly reminding customers their rewards are expiring. I wish The stamp pod would give us a nice loud chime when stamping, it’ll add to the satisfaction of adding a stamp and let my staff know if we have any cheeky customers. it currently doesn’t.
