Great for sending documents and collecting signatures, can create and edit templates, but the formatting was not great.
Pros:
The anilities to collect files from signers within the documents sent out
Cons:
Customer support is only available via email and you have to go through a chat bot first.

Overall, PandaDoc has been extremely easy to use. Signings are typically received through email, where there is a button to complete the signing through PandaDoc. Each field is clearly highlighted, and the user is prompted if there are every any missing fields. Extremely straight forward system.
Pros:
How you can read through the document, while seeing the areas that need to be completed, and how quick and easy it is to use.
Cons:
I cannot think of any cons for PandaDoc.

"Not Bad Overall, but Needs Better Support and less Glitches"

We've been on the platform for about 6 years. The first 3-4 years were quite good overall, both in the functionality of the platform as well as the support/value. It has unfortunately not improved over time, but rather the glitchiness has gotten worse, and the support has really gone down in the past 1-2 years.
Pros:
The platform gives lots of options for customization and template building. It generally meets all of our needs when it comes to proposal/contract writing. The value for cost seems pretty inline overall.
Cons:
When it is working well, it is a great platform, but it is quite glitchy. You can almost be certain that the first time you click on a link it won't work, you'll need to refresh and try again a few times before it will work. The customer suppport used to be excellent, but it would seem that it has now been shipped overseas (replies come hours later in the middle of the night) and it is now very poor, especially when comparing to it once was. I'm sure they saved money, but the user experience took a major hit.

Easy signing process when it comes to sending documents to others. It is even easier to mess up text boxes on a document on the iPad.
Pros:
PandaDoc has a very professional design with an easy to use user interface and makes organization of contracts simple.
Cons:
Text boxes may not be the most intuitive as it is very easy to move the text boxes around accidentally.

I really like using it. As a marketer it's an absolute pain when your operations team asks you to help them make their legal or sales documents more pretty. PandaDoc makes my job easier.
Pros:
After using Adobe Signature and DocuSign, PandaDoc is just simply better. The analytics, real-time feedback, and templates are fantastic. The UI is also very enjoyable to use.
Cons:
It's quite pricey, but it's worth it if you need to send lots of contracts.
